“You – Feed Them” was the title of the sermon Pastor Ken delivered to our congregation. His lesson was taken from Matthew 14: 13-21. This is the story of the feeding of five thousand with five loaves of bread and two fish.
Jesus told His disciples to feed the crowd gathered to hear Him speak. He said you feed them, He did not ask the disciples what they had to work with. Jesus knew that no task undertaken at God’s command is impossible. If God tells us to go out and feed a hungry world with eatable bread but also with the Word of God, the bread of life, is it impossible? No it is not! If Christ tells us to make disciples of all people, is that impossible? No, it is not! No task undertaken at God’s command is impossible. Our God is a God of miracles. Will you give God the chance to make more opportunity in your life?
