2015 VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

 

On July 28, 2015 our church held a one night VBS.  We had a movie in the sanctuary about Daniel and his faithfulness to God. When Daniel was thrown into the lions' den his faith saved him.  Everyone got  a bag of popcorn to eat while watching the movie.  "Shadrack" the Dublin High School Mascot, joined the children for the movie.  After the movie the young folks divided by age group and made a craft while Shadrack looked on.  All the children received a goody bag with a Bible marker and good things to eat. One of their treats was a cookie that looked like a lions head. Laura Leatherwood was the organizer and did an outstanding job.
